HOW DO I ORDER?
- Pick between custom art or personalized print
- Pick between canvas or poster, then vertical or horizontal
- Click on the chosen product
- You will then have a few options where you have to upload the photo you want painted/printed and then you're done! :)
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship world-wide! However, if there are any issues, we will contact you directly.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is also free whenever your order is over $70!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASES?
Once orders are fulfilled, they will manually get a tracking number from us. You can then track it with our system. NOTE: Sometimes the system might not pick up your tracking number. Please contact us at mycarprintscom@gmail.com.
THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
If an order is missing or includes unwanted items please contact mycarprintscom@gmail.com and include the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Email used to place the order
- Unwanted / missing item
Our customer service will review it and contact you with the appropriate actions to be taken.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADRESS?
If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company, we may be able to change the destination adress.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shopify Pay.
HOW DOES THE WHOLE CUSTOM PRINT PROCESS WORK?
You place and order on our website, our designers will then make a drawing of your car and background if ordered. We will then place your design on the product you ordered, and ship it to you!
CAN YOU GUYS PRINT OTHER THAN JUST CAR PHOTOS?
Yes! If you have any other pictures than cars, we would still love to do the job for you. Just place an order like usual and we will do the rest!
DO YOU GUYS OFFER T-SHIRTS OR HOODIES?
We are working on getting these products in our store real soon!
